Empowering Women Chiropractors: The Struggle of Women in Business

It is so easy to get burnt out on your chiropractic journey. Especially when you are having to navigate practice, children, life, and business all at once. I know because I have lived it. Starting out as a woman in business is not easy; starting out as a woman chiropractor in a service-based industry with kids in tow is even harder. But one of the things that made it so much harder for me was that I didn't really have any guidance or help. I had no one empowering me as a woman chiropractor. I had to learn how to market to patients, manage my practice, hire employees, and balance the books all while answering to "mom, mom, mom" from the little loves of my life. I am driven, that is for sure, and one of the reasons I have always figured out a way to make it work is due to my grit. But it doesn't have to be that way for you.

What I would have given to have an experienced woman chiropractor who loved building businesses to come alongside me and say, "Hey, you've got this... and I have all the tools you need to succeed."

Along my chiropractic journey, I have been a mentor to many young chiropractors and seasoned colleagues alike, and I discovered that not only did I love getting results for my patients, but I also loved empowering women chiropractors in business to get the results they were looking for in their practices too. Chiropractic coaching is a male-dominated industry, aimed at bigger, higher, and better. I have realized that determined businesswomen, while we want big, high, and great, we also want balance, consideration, and connection. We want someone who understands us and the unique challenges we have as women in chiropractic practice.

This led me to launch ChiroLink Coaching specifically for women chiropractic entrepreneurs, it's the link between your dreams and your dream practice, authentically whatever that looks like for you. At ChiroLink Coaching, I created a 12-month online monthly group chiropractic coaching program just for women chiropractors who are looking to up their game, step out on their own, be inspired, or just build a sisterhood of women in chiropractic business that "get it." It's a beautiful blend of coaching from me and connection with each other. My desire is that you know that you don't have to go it alone, you can do it with kids, you can run your own practice, or you can flourish as an associate. Interested in more?
