Meet Your Chiropractic Coach

When I first graduated chiropractic college I knew I wanted to start my own practice. I was determined to build a business from the ground up. And I did... with a baby, a toddler and a 4 year old in tow, I opened my first practice. Was it easy? Nope! Had anyone prepared me for this in chiropractic college? Double nope!

 

I was prepared to be a chiropractor and help people but I was not prepared to run my business! ​I had to learn everything from the ground up. How to build out my space, the equipment I would need, how to market, how to sell, how to hire, how to train, how to manage my practice, how best to treat my patients and how to pivot when needed.  Was it full of struggle? Yes, but also full of joy! ​

 

After eight years, I sold my 6-figure successful business and followed an opportunity to move my professional career to the Caribbean, running health programs in the developing world for three years with my husband and children. When I returned home to my native Canada, I was blessed to build a 7-figure, multi-disciplinary clinic from the ground up... all while raising five kids. Along the way, I gained experience in acquisitions, led expansion projects, and learned how to scale without sacrificing my sanity (or my family). 

 

​I have always had a passion for growth but what really drives me is helping other women chiropractors grow both personally and professionally.  Over the years, associates, students, and colleagues started reaching out. They wanted mentorship, guidance, or just someone who’d been through it. That turned into formal mentorship roles, externship supervision, and eventually coaching women across the world who were launching, growing, or taking bold steps toward practice ownership.

 

I am passionate in helping women chiropractors like you thrive without having to learn everything the hard way. I love supporting your growth both personally and professionally, so you can show up fully as the chiropractor, partner, mama, and leader you want to be. I care deeply. I’ve lived the struggles, the self-doubt, the big dreams, and the overwhelm.
